Wallstabe & Schneider Bulgaria EOOD was acquired and joined the Wallstabe & Schneider Group in 2021 and is managed as a wholly owned subsidiary. The site is a specialist in the production of large seals and composite parts.

Wallstabe & Schneider Bulgaria is located in Dragoman, a town about 50 km west of Sofia, close to the Serbian border. The site is certified according to IATF 16949 and ISO 14001.

Production Processes

With our modern, very well equipped machinery and the appropriate infrastructure, we are able to meet the strict quality specifications of the automotive industry in the manufacture of our products.

Manufacturing

Our core process for manufacturing seals is injection molding.

Secondary Processes

The injection molding production is followed by finishing steps for our seals: cryogenic deflashing, technical cleaning and various annealing and coating processes (including colored coatings).
